Bread Therapy
Bread therapy is not counseling or psychotherapy but a form of expressive group art therapy. Participants are invited to experience the process of bread making in a new light through story telling in flour, including mixing the ingredients in a mindful and intentional way, engaging in self-exploration and sharing the joy of baking together.

It is suitable for mixed groups of various ages, special needs, and varied socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds. Talk to us about your group and we can adapt our program to your specific requirements.

Persons with Disabilities
We had an opportunity in 2024 to participate in a Bread Therapy session at the Day Center for people with special needs in the town of Sandanski, Bulgaria. It was such an uplifting event for everyone involved which inspired us to offer such events at the BreadHaus. Contact us for more info
