This welcoming, hands-on class is all about learning, laughing, and making chewy sourdough bragels in a relaxed, community! If you have taken our Sourdough 101 or Sourdough Success workshops before, or are already a sourdough baker, come join us in in this fun class.

Twirl, Boil & Bake: Sourdough BRAGELS (Bretzel Bagels)
Join Sibyl Leon-Lamica, founder of Bread Encounters Nonprofit, for a fun afternoon at the BreadHaus making sourdough bagels and/or pragels. We use a unique method, a twirling stick, to shape our bagels, but you can play around with different ways of shaping your bagels.
This class is NOT a beginners class. It is assumed that you have already taken our Sourdough 101 or Sourdough Success workshops or have been baking with sourdough.
