Twirl, Boil & Bake: Sourdough Bagels
Join Sibyl Leon-Lamica, founder of Bread Encounters Nonprofit, for a fun afternoon at the BreadHaus making sourdough bagels. We use a unique method, a twirling stick, to shape our bagels, but you are welcome to experiment with different ways of shaping your bagels.
This class is NOT a beginners class. It is assumed that you have already taken our Sourdough 101 or Sourdough Success workshops or have some experience baking with sourdough.
