Sourdough 101 March

Our first Sourdough 101 class held at the new Kettle Falls BreadHaus will be in collaboration with Tam Smith of Small Batch Sourdough. Together we will demonstrate that there is nothing complicated about making your own sourdough bread. Nor do you have to be a slave to your starter. We will break it down for you into easy manageable steps to fit into your schedule. Depending on the class, you will either go home with a baked loaf or with dough to take home to fill your own home with the aroma of freshly baked bread plus the knowledge how to prepare a more nourishing bread for yourself and your family.
